Donald of Mars: Chapter 80 Working out Details
Getting a new show up and running takes a lot of work.
“I’ve already had six people I work with shown an interest in this show, but I like the three you have selected, even if they have no production experience,” Fred said, setting in his office-editing room at the studio. “Especially since all three of them are people planning to stay here. All the people I work with see this as filling in the time with something profitable, and something that will look better on their resume than what they are doing. Some are pretty good at what they do. I haven’t accepted any of them, and I have a few that I want to pitch the idea to that are people staying here and not working for my company. But I don’t know if they can work their schedule around ours.”
It was Donal’s first trip passed the top floor, which was one large sound studio, divided up into different changeable set for shooting. Even being larger than Candy’s and Honey’s dome, or even his, being wider and four stories, his second floor down, was packed full of pre and postproduction equipment. Everyone living here in that third floor down had to massively crowd it.
Pointing at the screen, Donald asked, “You planning to edit our stuff here?”
