Don Finally get to go up the mountain, leaving Kim behind

     Don’s newest slave, Penelope, jumped to get out of his way as he got out of bed and ended up more in the way. 

They never meant this tiny apartment for this many.

He glared at Kim. It was at her insistence his three household slaves slept on the floor next to the tiny twin bed he and she shared, instead of the next room or downstairs; plus, Penelope’s jumpiness was her fault.

Sitting up, Kim clapped her hands and pointed at the bedroom door. All three girls got up and traipsed from the room. Then, leaning on her elbows, she addressed him, “You are sure you don’t want me or any of the girls along?”

“Not this time. There is little for you to do there yet, and there are things you can accomplish here, like helping Jason and evaluate the new people.”

“Then at least take Ping to make sure your laundry is taken care of.” She changed the subject and her eyes shifted to the door the girls had just walked through. “Do you think the new Barons will deliver girls here while you are gone?”

“Only the Baron of White Sands is making his first raid before I get back. I will be back the day Yellow Jacob makes his. If White Eddie decides to, it is fine. It is also fine if he doesn’t. Do you really think giving away girls for your first raid will be a tradition?”

“I hope so, and showing off Penelope downstairs will help.”

He had to admit that Penelope, the well-stacked blond Black Bob’s people had sent over, was gorgeous. Was her looking every bit as good as Kim why she was being so mean to the girl? Another thing to consider: was her being so similar to Kim why they had picked this one for him and not one of the others?

“What are you going to do with sixty-four slave girls?”
